New Home – Cromdale, Grantown

Today we submitted to Highland Council, an application for Detailed Planning approval on behalf of a client. We thought that this be of interest to you, and attach a couple of images of the proposed new home, which will be located on a site near Grantown-On-Spey.

Designed to very specific requirements of the client, it is a three bedroom, with a Lounge and separate Great Room, which encompasses the Kitchen, Dining, and is great for everyday living. Externally, the finish will be of Siberian Larch, and profiled metal roof finish. It also includes a couple of verandas for those occasional rainy days !
