MVHR : What is it ?

Whenever we discuss a project with a client, one aspect of the specification that we always recommend they consider, is the ventilation system. It’s never as glamorous as the heating system, but in new homes we consider it even more important. A new home, whether it is one of ours or supplied by someone else, are designed to be very thermally efficient and with this, have a high standard of air-tightness. Hence, if you do not ventilate correctly, this leads to stale air; condensation and many other issues.
